RACE DAY PARKING GUIDE
Please plan ahead for race-day parking and allow yourself plenty of extra time to park, walk, and get where you need to be before your event. Always pay attention to posted parking signs and restrictions and make sure your vehicle is not parked in a No Parking or Tow Away Zone. Participants and spectators are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are legally parked.
SATURDAY – 5K, 10K & FAMILY 1 MILE
Start Line: Ski Hill Road & South Main Street
Finish/Post-Race: Kingdom Park / Breckenridge Recreation Center
There is NO shuttle service on Saturday.
Kingdom Park / Breckenridge Recreation Center
880 Airport Road
Breckenridge, CO 80424
Kingdom Park is the primary race hub and finish/post-race area for Saturday's events. Parking is available, but spaces are limited due to spots reserved for Recreation Center patrons. The 5K & 10K start line is approximately 1 mile from Kingdom Park, so please account for the walk to the start when planning your morning.
For 5K & 10K participants driving themselves, free additional parking is available in the North and South Gondola Lots, approximately 0.5 miles from the start and finish lines. We highly encourage runners to utilize these lots, carpool, use public transportation, or be dropped off near the start line when possible.
Overflow Parking:
Summit County Justice Center
501 N. Park Avenue
Breckenridge, CO 80424
Please remember that there is no Saturday shuttle, so wherever you choose to park, you will be responsible for getting yourself to the start line.
SUNDAY – HALF & FULL MARATHON
Parking, Shuttle Pickup & Finish Line:
Kingdom Park / Breckenridge Recreation Center
880 Airport Road
Breckenridge, CO 80424
All Half & Full Marathon participants should park at Kingdom Park and board the provided race shuttle to the start line at Boreas Pass.
Shuttle service begins at 6:30 AM. The final Full Marathon shuttle departs at 7:40 AM, and the final Half Marathon shuttle departs at 8:10 AM. Please do not plan to arrive for the final shuttle. Give yourself plenty of time to park, board, travel to the start, and prepare for your race.
There is NO participant or spectator parking at Boreas Pass. Half & Full Marathon participants must use the provided race shuttle to access the start area.
The good news is that both races finish back at Kingdom Park, so once you cross the finish line, you will already be back at the race hub and within walking distance of your vehicle!
SPECTATORS
Spectators are not permitted on the runner shuttles to Boreas Pass and should arrange their own transportation to approved spectator locations along the course. There is no spectator parking at Boreas Pass.
Spectators can find recommended viewing locations and additional information on our Spectator Information page.
